By the end of this workshop you should feel more confident in selecting and using natural plants and extracts on yourself and your family for minor sickness and ailments such as minor burns, cuts, scrapes, bumps and bruises and bites.

Our aim is that herbal folklore is not lost and can be passed on and that herbs and oils of the best quality are easily accessible to everyone - finances should not be a barrier to good health.

We recommend growing your own herbs so that you always have fresh herbs on hand - especially with herbs such as aloe vera which are better fresh.
